Rights are exercised by a request to office@milanogroup.eu. We reply within one month. If the request is complex the period may be extended by a further two months, of which we will inform you.
9. Complaints
If you believe your rights have been infringed you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, or to the courts.
10. Language by location
So that the site opens in a language you can read, on your first visit we check the country of your IP address. The check runs on our own server against a local copy of a public database — no request goes to a third party and your IP address does not leave the site. Only the chosen language is stored, for one day. If you pick a language yourself, your choice takes precedence. The country database is IP Geolocation by DB-IP (db-ip.com), used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended. The version in force is always at this address, with the date of the last change.
