Shipping and Delivery
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China or Pakistan will be shipped by DHL or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through DHL Express and USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 5–7 working days for processing time (all products). All PayPal pending orders require 10 days to verify and process.
What is shipping with insurance?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: If your goods are lost in transit, we will not refund you. However, if you receive defective or broken items (not caused by you), we will send a replacement or issue a refund once the item is returned.
- Insured Shipping: If your goods are damaged, delayed, or lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement or refund immediately — no return required.
Choosing insured shipping and proper packaging reduces the risk of loss or damage.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment.”
For some shipping carriers, it takes 2–5 business days for tracking info to appear. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still see no tracking information, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you’ve selected combined shipping.
